We work directly with a reputable and performing seller’s agent with direct access to the refinery. After speaking to the seller's agent to discuss their needs the buyer / mandate will quickly be connected directly to the refinery. Brokers welcomed, fees protected. Sellers agent can only deal with the buyers directly or buyers mandate with proper documentation.
Ordering Procedures
The seller we have is a direct seller that controls a refinery and can provide product to our buyers. They have very strict procedures that must be followed to make these transactions successful. We also have direct access to resellers that may have some flexibility with procedures.The NCNDA/IMFPA, MUST be fully completed with ID photos and passport attached. Then the sellers will need to talk to the buyers to negotiate on selling price of petroleum products.
Sellers will also need to see a copy of buyer's company registration with Tax ID number and the corporate papers showing the board members.
Buyers are required to provide proof of funds (POF) and then seller will provide POP. The reason is that there is a cost for pumping the ordered oil in the refineries and if the buyers aren't serious the seller is forced to eat that expensive cost. If you explain this properly, they should not have a problem providing POF in order to receive POP. The entire process from start to finish shouldn't take more than 72 hours to completely close if we follow these procedures.
